Summer

  • Slow-release granular fertilizer
  • Grub control

A fertilizer especially formulated for the hot summer growing season is applied. We continue to monitor your lawn for weeds, crabgrass, and unwanted pests like grubs.

Late Summer

  • All inclusive post-emergent weed control
  • Control for broadleaf & grassy weeds

This application also prevents the emergence of unwanted weeds. All concrete cracks are treated for weeds.

Fall

  • Fall granular fertilizer
  • Broadleaf weed control

A specific fertilizer for the fall weather that strengthens the lawn root system and prepares the lawn for spring is applied. We continue to monitor the lawn for weeds.

Late Fall

  • Heavy rate winter fertilizer

The lawn is prepared for winter with the necessary nutrients grass needs in the early spring.

  • Weeds are treated in concrete at no extra charge.
  • Re-treatment of weeds and nutsedge at no extra charge
  • Granules are blown off all concrete
  • Watering instructions left after we visit.
